Organizing communication networks nationwide is in line with President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s program to connect to communities. This is an initiative of the Presidential Communications Operations Office to connect the agencies and LGUs in coming up with timely, relevant and accurate information for dissemination.
It helps provide platforms for LGU counterparts and other government information officers to inform the public about government policies, programs and accomplishments. -- PIA Kalinga
